During your Xeomin Injection session, the injection site will be thoroughly cleaned, then a small needle will be used to insert the Xeomin formula into your treatment area. The process can be repeated if you have multiple areas we need to treat. There are a few ways to deliver your personalized treatment for your skincare needs. We offer traditional injection techniques that deliver the solution into the muscle.
For more dramatic results, we also offer the added option of Aquagold Fine Touch, a similar procedure to microneedling. Aquagold Fine Touch delivers a low dose of treatment into the dermis for a whole-face smoothing effect.

Xeomin Injections have an excellent safety profile. However, if you have blood clotting disorders, anemia, or cancer, or if you have skin cancer, open wounds, sores or irritated skin in the treatment area, Xeomin Injections may be contraindicated. Xeomin Injections are also not for you if you have certain allergies (e.g., to stainless steel), hemostatic (bleeding) dysfunction, are pregnant or nursing, or taking certain medications. We will discuss all of your safety concerns at our first session before proceeding with treatment.
At your first session, you will speak with one of our Xeomin Injection specialists to develop a personalized treatment plan and review any concerns or questions you may have. Treatments generally require no more than 15-30 minutes, but your first session may last longer as we collect your medical information.
Results can vary, but most people see a difference within four days. Recurring injections may be needed to provide continued results.

While you may experience some swelling, soreness or redness at the injection site, these effects are only temporary. In general, Xeomin has minimal side effects.
