Dr. Mariam Razaq is a board certified Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician., focusing on sports medicine and pain management. She focuses on providing her patients with an integrative health care plan that includes elements of exercise, lifestyle awareness, nutrition, and pain management.
Ashley is from La Plata MD and has been working in the medical field for several years. She is hard working and dedicated to making sure patients have the best experience at the office from start to finish. She always has a smile and a solution for any issue that arises. In her spare time she enjoys competing in horse shows and spending time with her family.
Hannah was born in raised in Southern Maryland and currently resides on a farm in Charles County. She is currently in pursuit of her nursing degree and will finish with her Bacheolor of Science in Nursing in September of 2021. She is very passionate about the patients she sees while at work with a goal to always give them the best holistic care. During her spare time Hannah enjoys being active outside, spending time with family and friends, shopping and horseback riding.
Jasmine, who is originally from Olympia, Washington, has lived in Maryland majority of her life. She has had several years of experience in the medical field, working with long term care patients as well as a knowledgeable background with pain medicine. Her goal is to provide excellent and quality patient care with every patient she meets in order for patients to feel understood and heard. In her spare time she enjoys learning and practicing calligraphy, being around nature and spending time with her family.
Wendy is a board-certified family nurse practitioner. After many years of emergency room nursing, she has been a nurse practitioner since 2013. As an NP, she has worked in sleep medicine, retail health, correctional medicine, addiction medicine and pain management. She wants to partner with patients on a path to wellness. She believes this path begins by looking at the underlying cause of symptoms, rather than simply providing treatment.
Wendy holds a bachelor’s degree from Liberty University, and master’s and doctorate degrees from Graceland University. She resides in St. Mary’s County with her husband and two busy children.
